The Process
- Quote Based on preliminary
measurements
- Contract signed
& deposit received
- Final template and
measure on existing cabinets. If new cabinets are being installed a
final measure or template is done after they are fully installed
- In some cases customers
will reserve granite slabs at vendor. Materials are ordered from vendor
or manufacturer. Product availability can affect turn around.
- Fabrication is a
custom process and machinery is used for a large part of the process
but much of it still requires some manual labor. The more unique, the
more specialized and detail work is required. Care is taken in order
to produce the best quality.
- Install is set up
after fabrication or close to completion. Depending on size of job and
product type, the install can run from 1 hour to a few days.
- All work areas should
be clear of clutter. It is advised that the client stay clear away
from installation areas as it may distract installers concentration
on installation tasks, compromising efficiency, quality
and most importantly compromise safety.
- Upon completion
homeowner must do a final check of job, Warranty and care information
is provided and final payment is made at that time.
- It is advised that
plumbing should be done 8 to 12 hours after install.
